Doctors in Kiev, Ukraine, and Moscow, Russia, treated children who suffered from infantile cerebral paralysis (ICP) with an electromagnetic therapy they termed "microwave resonance therapy" ("MRT"). This therapy involves irradiation of biologically-active points (accupuncture points?) with low-intensity millimeter waves from "Porog-1" or "Kovert 01" therapeutic apparatuses. These generators produced a "white noise" in the 53-78 GHz frequency band with a spectral power density from 10-18 to 10-17 W/Hz/cm2. This noise already contains all possible therapeutic frequencies of the radiation, and, supposedly, the diseased organism "chooses" the effective frequencies by itself. As indicated by both clinical and electrophysiological tests, MRT facilitated rehabilitation of patients in combination with conventional therapy. [BENER 13826]

April 25, 2003 - Jody (ARC) Please help me find financial resources to help a 4 year old, female Russian orphan with Infantile cerebral paralysis, spastic dysplegia to receive Microwave Resonance Therapy for Rehabilitation.

October 15, 2001 - Doris I was born 20 Aug 1929 with Spastic Paralysis; so the Doctors have told my parents. It affected my left arm and left leg. I had numerous operations when I was young. When I tell Doctors nowdays what I have, they say nothing. My parents said it was a birth injury. What caused it really? What medication or operation is there that would help now. I now have osteoporosis with bad pain. I just want to find out more about it. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Doris

September 14, 1999 - Dr. Pretidev, Director, Centre of Quantum Medicine, Republic of MAURITUS Microwave Resonance Therapy is a great method of treatment for many diseases which were considered non-curable with conventional therapy. I am currently using this method and I can say it has greatly helped me to improve the results of treatment of my patients of different ages and pathologies. This method of treeatment is still one which is not easily accessible to all of us. Those who are interested by this method may write to me. I'll do my best to help them. 17, Palma Road, La Louise, Quatre Bornes, Republic of Mauritius. Tel/Fax: +230 425 02 43

August 22, 1999 - Dr. Pretidev, Director, Centre of Quantum Medicine, Republic of MAURITUS Microwave Resonance therapy is being successfully used to treat a wide range of diseases in my medical centre, including infantile cerebral palsy. We are also using magnetic-infrared-laser (MILTA) therapy in combination, and our results are astounding. These are the best and latest medical technologies available to treat the human body and free it from the worst sufferings ever known to humanity, be they cardiac diseases, bronchial asthma, peptic ulcer or diabetes. We have to check how they work for AIDS and some other diseases. That's SCIENCE - it's everlasting.

February 16, 1998 - Martha Hinden I have a nephew living in Bogota, Colombia who has been diagnosed with cerebral paralysis. He is 14 months old. I would like to know more about this procedure, such as any possible improvments in your patients. Thank you in advance.

June 24, 1997 - Patricia We have a child who has cerebral spastic paralysis and doesnŽt walk yet. She is two years old now but she canŽt walk. WeŽd like to get some additional information about this proccess (if possible) and some alternative methods of treatment.

April 2, 1997 - D. Borrero IŽm living in Venezuela (South America) and have a child who has cerebral spastic paralysis and doesnŽt walk yet. She is two years old now but she canŽt walk. Recently, a therapist told us that the level in her paralysis is low and she has many possibilities of walking through therapy of rehabilitation and exercises. IŽd like to get some additional information about this proccess (if possible) and some alternative methods of treatment.

January 15, 1997 - R. Boyd This study is similar to one by Lahovski, who used a RF Multi-wave Oscillator to reduce tumors to zero in a short time. Russian medical literature abounds with this sort of study. Russian resonance therapies have been used to treat everthing from colds to cancer, and from insanity to diabetes types II and III successfully.
